1. install composer using "php composer.phar install --no-dev" command confirmed with vendor. I.e https://doc.elabftw.net/install-freebsd.html#installing-elabftw
2. "sendmail_path" path is hardcoded in "config" table no need to configure
3. Do not install it on webuzo. eLabFTW works only in HTTPS.
